Headless

Name	Purpose
createNavigationStackController	Framework-independent navigation controller

The controller has the same navigation methods returned by useNavigationStack. Use it when navigation state must exist outside a React tree; use the provider for rendering, guards, transitions, and lifecycle callbacks.
